Answers to the most common questions about using Parque.
How do I find and book a parking spot?
Head to Find Parking, search a city, address, or venue, then pick a spot on the map or in the list. Open a listing, choose your dates or number of months, and reserve. Payment is handled securely at checkout.
How do I list my own space?
Click List Your Space, fill in the details (location, pricing, which vehicles fit, and availability), and publish. Your listing then appears on the map for nearby renters.
How does pricing work?
Hosts set either a daily or a monthly rate. Renters see that price plus a small platform fee at checkout.
How do I get paid as a host?
Open your Dashboard and connect your bank through Stripe. Each booking's earnings are held until 6 hours before it starts — the point a renter can no longer cancel — then released to your bank automatically. This protects you: a cancellation can never claw back money you've already been paid. You can see what's held and when it releases in Profile → Earnings.
How do I edit or remove a listing?
Go to your Profile, then the My Listings tab. Each listing has an Edit button to change its details, and a Delete button to remove it.
